About Natalia Rusinova

Natalia holds an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish college of Applied Humanities and Social Sciences (ICHAS). She also holds a BSc (Hons) in Social Work from the University Complutense of Madrid (Spain) and has worked in various social care settings since 2016.

Since undertaking her Masters, Natalia has worked with My Mind providing online counselling to a broad base of clients throughout Ireland. In addition to this, Natalia has provided counselling to individuals with intellectual disabilities on an ongoing basis as part of a broader multi-disciplinary support team.

 

Natalia aims to create a safe, non-judgmental space to support her clients so that they can comfortably discuss and explore their needs. Her main psychotherapeutic approach is Integrative Person Centred, and through her supportive and engaging therapeutic style, she has illustrated that she can provide the optimal environment to aid clients in dealing with the issues they present with and to create long term strategies for success in their lives.

Natalia is a pre-accredited member of APCP and abides by their code of ethics. She is available to work with individuals for short-term solution-focused therapy leveraging her CBT focused qualifications, as well as providing long-term therapeutic support as required which is to a greater extent Integrative Person Centred.

Natalia believes that every client should be treated in a holistic way and ensures that sessions are tailored to meet individual needs, providing the best environment for the client to develop insight and personal growth.
